Where are you based?

We are located at at private studio, Season One Tattoo.
Our address for is: Season One Tattoo, The Watermark, 9-15 Ribbleton Lane, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 5EZ. (Look out for a building called W_rkspace)

The studio is only a short walk away from Preston Train Station which has access to stations across the UK. There are taxis just outside the train station which would be a 5 minute journey. The studio is open Tuesday - Saturday and my first appointments start at 9:30am.

How do I book an appointment? 
To book an appointment, please email us or contact us via Instagram. We do offer walk-ins too. Please send us the following details: your tattoo idea, approximate size, placement on the body, and any reference images you may have. You’re welcome to include as much information as you’d like – the more, the better!

How much will my tattoo cost?
Prices vary depending on the design, size, and placement. Once you’ve sent us all the details, we’ll provide a personalised quote. We price by the piece, not by the hour. Our studio minimum is £80. We’re happy to work with reasonable budgets – just let us know what you’re comfortable with, and we’ll see what we can do.

Deposits/Payment
A deposit is required to secure a booking, this is a non-refundable deposit but can be transferred to another time/date if you have given us at least 72 hours notice via email. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment without contacting the studio, we have the right to cancel your appointment and you will lose your deposit. You can contact us if you’re going to be late via Instagram DM or email. We accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash.

Can I see my design before the appointment?
Due to or workload, designs are sent the night before your appointment and not before. Alterations are no problem but they will be done at the beginning of your appointment.

Tattoo Aftercare
After your session, your tattoo will be wrapped with Dermalize (a second skin), which protects it during the initial healing period. Keep it on for up to 5 days. To remove it, gently peel it off in a warm shower, starting from one edge. Wash the tattoo with warm water and pat it dry using a clean towel or kitchen roll. Let the area air dry overnight. Starting the next morning, apply a thin layer of aftercare balm – we recommend Butterluxe, which we stock in the studio, or an unscented cocoa butter. Apply morning and night for the next week or two, or until your tattoo is fully healed. If anything seems off, let the tattoo dry out completely and contact us – we’re happy to help.

Touch-Ups
If your tattoo needs a touch-up, we’ll do it free of charge within 6 months of your appointment. After that, there’s a minimum fee of £80 to cover supplies and setup.

Tap-outs 
If you choose to tap out during a session, a new paid booking will be required to complete your tattoo. This is to cover the artist’s time, materials, and the lost opportunity to book another client for that appointment.
